New appointments at PVN and VNPT announced

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Thursday signed a decision to remove Nguyen Quoc Khanh as chairman of the board of directors of PetroVietnam to enable his transfer to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
